East Region: PM seduces population with Biya’s greatness & hope manifesto.

After criss-crossing several regions to commission giant infrastructure projects and launching others to improve the living condition of citizens, the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Dr Chief Joseph Dion Ngute, has seduced the population of the East Region to massively vote for incumbent President Biya, in the October 12 presidential election.

This was during a mega rally the messenger of the CPDM presidential flagbearer chaired in Bertoua Monday. Dion Ngute used the massively attended political rally to explain the greatness and hope manifesto of President Biya to the population. 

The PM used the rally to count in synopsis, the gains the East Region has reaped under the leadership of President Biya in the past four decades.

The grassroots support mobiliser of President Biya also explained in detail, other development and lifechanging projects President Biya has in store for the East Region in the next mandate he is seeking. 

Dion Ngute said the East Region is so dear to the Head of State. He said it is on this that the Head of State has continued to honur its promises to the people of the Region through series of projects that address the social amenity issues of the population.

The PM mentioned the realisation of major projects to boost potable water supply, electrification of underserved communities, giant mining projects for the benefit of the local communities and the national economy and advancements in road projects. 

He particularly stated that the Ayos-Garoua Boulai stretch of road through Abong-Mbang-Bertoua is in the pipeline. He promised major improvements in projects in the education, tourism and forestry sectors.

Dion Ngute saluted the East Region for remaining faithful to the CPDM and rejecting opposition political tourists marketing empty promises to the population. 

 

East Centre pledges landslide victory for Biya

Speaking during the mega rally, the Head of the East Regional Campaign Team, Minister Joseph Le, said the flagbearer of the CPDM party, President Biya, is the only candidate that the population knows and will remain committed to supporting. 

The unalloyed loyalty of the East Region to the CPDM, Minister Joseph Le said, will again be demonstrated during the October 12 poll. 

"Paul Biya is the East, the East is Paul Biya," Minister Joseph Le told thousands who turned out for the mega rally. 

Minister Joseph Le told party supporters and sympathisers that voting to renew the mandate of President Biya is a vote for lasting peace, stability and equitable development. 

The CPDM East Regional campaign said strategic meetings have been held across the nooks and crannies of the region to ensure President Biya secures landslide victory in the upcoming poll. 

Echoing the message of Minister Joseph Le, the Head of CPDM Divisional Campaign team for Lom and Djerem, Badel Ndanga Ndinga, the administrative unit is ample ready to secure 100% victory for President Biya.  

"We are doing justice by voting for him [Biya]. One word to retain is victory and one name to retain is Paul Biya,” he stated.

While saluting the wisdom and experience of President in steering the statescraft, Badel Ndanga further assured that: “The East Region has never betrayed and will never betray Paul Biya”

CPDM party supporters and sympathisers concluded the mega rally with a motion reaffirming their unwavering support for President Biya. 

Prior to the campaign rally to mobilise votes for President Biya, the Prime Minister had also Mbama-Messamena road stretch and Abong-Mbang and Messamena stretch of road. 

He said the commissioning of the road axis is a reflection of the enlightened vision of President Biya in terms of road infrastructure.

He said the road will connect the capitals of the various Divisions by road network and other localities and will serve agricultural production areas with many food crops as well as cocoa, pastoral, fish farming, tourism.
