"Misaje has witnessed tremendous transformation under the leadership of President Paul Biya," he said.
"It is now our duty to consolidate these gains by delivering a transparent and resounding victory come October 12," he added.

Ali Tukur has called on all “living forces” of Misaje, youths, elite, women, traditional authorities, and community leaders, to rally behind President Biya, whom he described as the “champion of development and peace”.

Tukur also reaffirmed Misaje’s status as the bastion of CPDM in the North West Region, stating that “CPDM is not just a political party here—it is a religion”.

The occasion was animated by a colorful parade of traditional dance groups from all 12 villages of Misaje, that performed at the Grandstand to the delight of attendees.

The presence of traditional rulers and community leaders gave the event added cultural and political significance. The ceremony ended with a strongly worded motion of support addressed to President Paul Biya, affirming the community’s unwavering commitment to ensuring his re-election in the upcoming polls.
