Presidential election: Senator Otte Andrew mobilises Mbonge to secure victory for Biya.

The Section President of CPDM Meme II, Mbonge, in Meme Division of the South West Region, Senator Otte Andrew Mofa, has successfully launched campaigns for candidate Paul Biya ahead of the October 12 presidential election.

The campaign was launched Sunday in Kumba.



This was in the presence of the Senior Divisional Officer for Meme, Ntou'ou Ndong Chamberlin, the Mayors of Kumba I, II and III, that of Mbonge Marumba and the Board Chair of SONARA, Dr Ndoh Bertha Bakata, among others.

Addressing the grassroots supporters in Mabonji, Senator Otte Andrew Mofa said he settled on Mabonji as a kick of zone in the campaign “because Meme II Mbonge is divided into two zones”.

“As a farming area, Cocoa prices have risen, tarred roads are coming to Mbonge and farmers are happy because peace is above everything…,” the Senator said.

Speaking further, the lawmaker described CPDM candidate as the best choice for the people of Mbonge.

While calling on his comrades to come together and work for the victory of the party, remarked that the people of Mbonge has never failed the CPDM.

Meanwhile in the course of the campaign, some renovated classrooms were officially unveiled meanwhile didactic material were donated to pupils in the area.

Senator Otte had personally donated the books, pens, pencils amongst others to children.

Speakers at the campaign rally including Chief Blessed Okole, Special Adviser to the Prime Minister and traditional ruler of Big Bekondo in Mbonge Subdivision said the advantages of supporting Paul Biya are enormous.

He then urged the people of Mbonge to massively vote the CPDM candidate at the election.

Speaking earlier, the Head Teacher of Government Primary School, GS Mabonji Sakwe Dorothy esp Nakonde said the renovated classrooms will go a long way improving the teaching and learning process in the school.

While thanking the Senator for the generous donations, she pledged to keep the doors of the institution open for the education of the population.
