2024/2025 academic year: Archbishop Nkea urges parents to send children to school.

The call was made in a message recently where he made known the importance of education for every child and the need for every child to be educated and not be deprived of learning.

In his message, the Man of God stated that it is very important for everyone to put their hands together and make sure that all children go back to school.

“Time to resume school has come…starting from children who have reached four to five years and are ready to go to school, including those going to primary, secondary and university, should not be denied their rights to education,” he said.

Appealing that everyone gets enrolled in school, Archbishop Nkea added that: “We are saying that everyone of school age should go to school, because the ground is moving and as it moves, the only thing that can make us to stand on top is what we learn in school”.

“A person who is not educated has an empty head and with an empty head, no matter how big you are, you will still a foolish man,” the Man of God added.

Urging parents not to be scared to send their children to school, he went further to say: “So, we are saying that all children should go to school, parents should not be scared to send their children to school… we will do our best to take care of these children in school to make sure that these children are fine”.

“This is the message that I am giving to all mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters and university students- everyone should go back to school and learn so that before the end of the year, you have your certificate that will help you tomorrow to look for a job,” Archbishop Nkea added.

Concluding his message to the population, he highlighted that the message he is passing are the things that have been disturbing the North West and South West Regions. 

The Man of God also told the population not to listen or let anyone tell them there is no school, but to endeavour that everyone goes to school as it is by going to school that kids have a bright future.
