The religious ritual was performed by the Synod Clerk of the PCC, Rev Miki Hans Abia. This was in the presence of the Secretary Committee, Committee of the Ministry, Rev Emmanuel B. Masok; the National Youth Coordinator of the PCC, Rev Neba Muangu; the Presbyterian Secretary for Kumba Presbytery, Rev Ebot Jones Ayuk and a host of other pastors from the Kumba Presbytery.

Rev Miki Hans Abia, in his Homily drawn from Acts 6: 1-7 preached on the theme: “Do not Neglect Them”.

The Synod Clerk tasked the South West Youth Pastor to prioritise the youths and children because they're future leaders of the church. He described young people as those who will take the relay baton “of the church tomorrow...”.

The Synod Clerk urged Christians of the Presbyterian Church Fiango Three Corners to be resilient even in the face of challenges associated with the crisis in the North West and South West Regions. He told the faithful that peace will eventually return because God never forsakes His people.

The induction and institution ceremony took place over two years since Rev Kima took office. The ceremony was characterised by presentation of gifts. The ceremony was also used to raised funds for other works on PC Fiango.

The Chairperson of PC Fiango, Elder Fontem Lizette Ngassa, expressed delight at the presence of church authorities at the ceremony. Elder Ngassa said the crisis in the English-speaking regions has resulted in most Christians leaving the church. She also thanked PCC authorities for the choice of Rev. Kima as their spiritual leader.
