Zenithe wins Best Insurance Company of The Year Award.

One of the leading, customer-friendly and fastest-growing insurance companies in the country, Zenithe Insurance, has won the Best Insurance Company of The Year Award.

The insurance company grabbed the award in the 2022 edition of The Guardian Post Achievement Award. The award ceremony took place in Douala on Saturday March 4. It brought together a cream of distinguished personalities from across the country.

Zenithe Insurance was voted for the award by readers of most regularly-published and widely read newspaper, The Guardian Post, because of innovations instituted by the insurance company that revolutionalised the insurance sector in the country in 2022.

The insurance company also clinched the award for ensuring timely payment of indemnities to its clients among other attractive services offered.

After the insurance company was awarded, a representative of the institution, Djombou Charles, who is Director of the Douala Delegation of Zenithe Insurance said: “Zenithe Insurance is pleased to have received this award. It represents the efforts that all of our employees make every day to provide quality service to our policyholders, as well as the continuous improvement process in the company”.

He promised that Zenithe Insurance will continue playing a prominent role in the insurance sector in Cameroon and will remain steadfast to its ideals of satisfying its clients.

As to some of the innovations Zenithe Insurance instituted in 2022 that recolutionalised the insurance sector, he said: “We launched a process of digitalisation of services since 2017. We have made many improvements to our website to facilitate the online underwriting process of various solutions including travel insurance, bid bond and Professional Liability”

“For solutions such as transportation insurance, it is possible to request a quote online and obtain it within 24 hours. The company is also present on different social networks in order to be reactive to the requests of others,” Djombou noted.

Talking on timely payment of indemnities, he noted that: “We make it a point of honour to process claims promptly. For this purpose, we have developed our Online Insurance interface through which our policyholders can declare a claim and follow it from our website”.

According to Djombou, what makes Zenithe Insurance stand out is the fact that many of its services have been dematerialised.

“For example, today it is possible to pay your insurance online without any additional cost, and to have your contract delivered free of charge to the address you provide,” he disclosed.
