Presidential election: PM Dion Ngute rallies Ndian to renew pact with Biya.

Ndian stakeholders pose with Prime Minister after consultations to massively vote Biya

The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Dr Chief Joseph Dion Ngute, has rallied the people of Ndian Division in the South West Region, to give incumbent Head of State, Paul Biya, a landslide victory, come October 12, 2025.

The Prime Minister and his kith and kin of Ndian Division arrived at the resolve Friday September 12, 2025, during a strategic meeting in Buea. Participants included elite and representatives of different wings of the ruling Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement, CPDM, party from across the nine Subdivisions that make up Ndian Division.

During the consultation, the Prime Minister told the Ndian delegation that President Paul Biya remains the best choice for the Division to massively vote for, come Sunday October 12.

He reminded them of the need to put every hand on deck to ensure the CPDM party records a resounding victory as a sign of renewed trust in the leadership of President Biya.

Dion Ngute told the elite and representatives that President Paul Biya remains the best choice for Ndian, tomorrow and always. He urged his brethren to be more united and loving in order to emulate the good example of President Paul Biya.

The PM’s call was further reechoed by the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon. Mary Meboka, who said, with all what Biya has done for Ndian, the population cannot let him down.

In the context of current crisis in the North West and South West Regions, she said by forgiving the children who rose against the State and opting to rehabilitate them, Biya has demonstrated unmatched fatherly love and leadership.

Hon Meboka said the meeting was pivotal in fine-tuning strategies for the CPDM to emerge victorious in the election. She stressed that such a meeting was crucial in engaging grassroots leaders in line with the party's vision.

"We are confident; we have always been behind the Head of State. We know that the Head of State is always with us and we are with him. We know that many more things will come to Ndian because we know that he has us at heart," the Vice Speaker stated.

On his part, Confiance Ebune Balungeli, the Minister, Director of Cabinet at the Prime Minister’s Office, said Ndian’s path to the 2025 presidential election is only through an alignment with President Paul Biya. He reminded the representatives of the Division that Ndian has every reason to celebrate Biya’s leadership of the country.

The General Manager, GM of PAMOL, Mbile Tapea Solomon, revealed that the President of the Republic has done all for the company to survive through thick and thin.

Through the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions, PPRD-NW/SW, he said PAMOL is in the process of finalising arrangements for the acquisition of equipment.

Ekenue Samuel Osang, Mayor of Mundemba Council, insisted that Biya has done much for the people of Ndian and merits their support. “…we must follow who knows the way,” he stressed

Njemoh Derek Ndoh, the President of the youth wing of Ndian II Section, noted that the goal of their interactions with the Prime Minister was to ensure everyone aligns with the single goal of giving President Biya a landslide victory, come October 12.

To Njemoh, the CPDM is a religion to the people of Ndian and Biya can count on them. He said they have stood by Biya over the years and will work to renew such support, especially given the confidence he has in their son, Dr Chief Joseph Dion Ngute.
