Santa Subdivision: Menka elite offer didactics to over 2,300 kids.

The beneficiaries comprised students and pupils of different schools in Menka.

Beneficiaries were drawn from schools such as: Classic School Complex, Ebenezer Technical and Commercial College, Model Charity Nursery, Primary and Secondary School, Cameroon Baptist Convention; CBC School, Bethel Kings and Queens, Presbyterian School Ntoh Menka, Presbyterian School Kongnituid, Presbyterian School Matajem and Catholic School Menka.

The donation, which was in its fourth edition, was overseen by Khan Vigil as Coordinator. He handed to the beneficiaries books, school bags, cash prizes, pen and pencils. 

Meanwhile, some orphans received scholarships from the Tenenghang Foundation. The Foundation officials also took the commitment to promote academic excellence and pay the fees of orphans in other villages.

Among the beneficiaries were Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs, of the Anglophone crisis.

The Promoter of Classic Education Complex Menka, Penn Felix, lauded the routine donation exercise from the elite. 

Penn said the offer is a relief to parents who always bear the burden of preparing children for the new school year.

On behalf of the elite, the Coordinator of the project, Khan, congratulated the beneficiaries for their brilliant performance. He assured them that the elite will continue to support learning.

Khan challenged the schoolchildren to remain committed in their studies. He added that the initiative started with less than 1,000 leaners. He urged elite of neigbouring communities to copy the example of Menka elite.
