Al-Nita Mouen: New Managing Director of Studely Cameroon

Cameroonian financial expert, Al-Nita Mouen, has been named Director of Banking Partnerships Africa and Managing Director of Studely Cameroon subsidiary. The information was published recently by the financial institution. 



According to the management of Studely, which is specialised in providing financial services to international students, the appointment is as a crucial step in solidifying its position in Africa. 

The Chairman of Studely's Board of Directors, Duplex Kamgang, said “Al-Nita is a leader with a proven track record in Cameroon's biggest banks”.

Her experience, Kamgang said, “will be invaluable in supporting us in this new stage of collaboration with the banks and in developing our international offering”. 

Kamgang said she is expected to strengthen banking alliances and bring structural changes to the Cameroon subsidiary, consolidate the company’s leadership position in the market and pave the way for further international expansion.

Her mission, Kamgang detailed, will be to strengthen financial alliances and structure the subsidiary, which accounts for almost 40% of the company's sales as well as ensure it maintains its top position.

Mouen’s expertise in sales strategy, marketing, and human resources management has made her a recognised leader in the financial industry.

The appointment positions her as a key player in the French financial services group’s expansion across the continent, particularly in Cameroon, which accounts for nearly 40% of Studely’s total sales.

She took to her social media platform expressing her enthusiasm in her new appointment, noting that it is an opportunity to bring about lasting change. 

"My profile is one of transformation. I have held several strategic positions in the bank, and I have always put myself in the customer's position. The idea is to provide excellent quality of service,” she remarked, while saluting her customer-centric approach to leadership as key to her success.

Before joining Studely, Al-Nita Mouen was the Retail Customer and Network Manager at Banque Atlantique Cameroun, where she led transformative initiatives such as product development, branch network optimisation, and sales force management. 

Her stay at BGFI Bank Cameroun from 2010 to 2019 saw her manage retail banking, microfinance, and corporate accounts, eventually rising to Director of Human Capital, Administration, and Communication. 

Her professional profile presents her as a seasoned expert. Al-Nita Mouen has a wealth of 17 years of experience in management at renowned financial institutions, where she built up a solid reputation as a specialist in sales strategy, marketing and human resources management

This diverse background has equipped her with a complete view of financial operations and organisational management.

Studely, it should be said, was founded in France. It specialises in assisting international students wishing to study in France, Belgium, Germany get necessary files. 

With over 30,000 students served, the institution is present in some 15 African countries and runs on a budget of over 120 million euros. 

The Cameroon subsidiary, which generates a significant proportion of sales, is a strategic axis in this dynamic, and Al-Nita Mouen, according to experts, is the right person to lead this transformation towards even stronger growth.
