UNICEF lauds Stanley Enow for fostering education in Africa.

It acknowledged the artiste for a video message he recorded as part of the year of education proclaimed by the African Union on the occasion of the opening of the 2024 school year.

In the video, Stanley Enow stated that: “Education is the key to opening the doors to the future. We must encourage young people to follow up their education and believe in their dreams. Together we can change Africa”.

The video by the artiste was released few days after he dropped his new single titled “Problems”, which addresses challenges of education in Africa and highlights the importance of education in transforming the continent.

In the press release, UNICEF disclosed its commitment to ensuring that every child has access to quality education, highlighting that education is important for self-development and future welfare of young people.

Expressing its gratitude to Stanley Enow, the UNICEF Representative in Cameroon, Nadine Perrault, said: “We are deeply grateful to Stanley Enow for his unwavering commitment to the right to education for every child”.

Perrault added that: “His influence and dedication inspire not only young people but also the entire community to support education as an essential pillar of sustainable development in Africa”.

The drive by the artiste is an initiative of the project “Keys to the Continent”, an initiative he uses to create awareness about the importance of education for personal development. 

The inspiring initiative, either through humanitarian campaigns, videos, and songs, aims to encourage young people to pursue their studies despite challenges, while ensuring quality education for all with support from UNICEF.

Stanley Ebai Enow, popularly known as Stanley Enow or Bayangi Boy, is a Cameroonian artiste and producer, founder of Motherland Empire label and the artiste behind the viral hit titled “Hein Pere” released in 2013.
