MTN Cameroon celebrates its employees in MTN Group's First People Report.

This is in MTN Group’s first "People Report". The report highlights human capital efforts and employee achievements across Africa. It was published to celebrate employees as part activities to mark the Group’s 30th anniversary. 

With over 17,500 employees from more than 70 nationalities, the MTN Group, present in 19 countries, boasts a 40% female workforce and a 36% female representation on its board.

The report dedicates a section to MTN Cameroon's commitment to a positive and inclusive work environment for its 526 employees, including 180 women.

MTN Cameroon stands out with a significant presence of women, accounting for 16% in technical roles and 41.6% on the executive committee.

In 2023, MTN Cameroon launched the "Shaping Your Future" initiative, empowering employees to take charge of their career paths and foster continuous learning.

With an employee well-being score exceeding 90% at its workplace, MTN Cameroon solidifies its position as a preferred employer in Cameroon.
