In his acceptance speech, he highlighted his dedication to patient-centered care and collaboration during his acceptance.

“At the CBC Health Services, we are patient-centred and patient focused, be it in the projects or hospitals, no matter the department, we are here for the patients and that will be our primary focus,” Ngum said.

The Director equally expressed deep gratitude to the leaders and pioneers of CBC Health Services, celebrating both their innovative contributions and the impactful legacy of his predecessors like Prof Tih Pius.

He acknowledged the exceptional leadership present at all levels of the organisation and the steadfast support from missionaries and partners.

Ngum also called for unity among staff and partners, urging them to embark on an extraordinary journey toward a healthier future that transcends tribal divisions.

He passionately encouraged everyone to embody Christ’s values, setting aside fear, gossip, and doubt, and standing firm against those who hinder progress.
