Yaounde: Boy confronts lover for sneaking into neighbour’s house.

An early morning drama unfolded at the Etoudi-Roché neighborhood in Yaounde at dawn on July 11. The incident involved a youngster whose name The Guardian Post got only as Andrew and his girlfriend also identified only as Blessing whom he caught emerging from a neigbour’s house.



It is reported that Andrew went to ease himself when he stumbled on Blessing emerging from his neighbour’s residence. In a bit to establish what was happening, an argument is said to have erupted between the two lovers.

Neighbours who were left in shocked are said to have attempted to solve the matter in vain. Others are said to have advised the lovers to go and settle their misunderstanding in private.

Other accounts hold that the neighbour from whose house Blessing was caught emerging from, Kadhafi, struggled to explain what had happened to no avail.

Kadhafi is reported to have among other things said Blessing simply came to explain something private to him. The disclosure, we gathered, worsened things are Andrew rather brought pressure to bear on Blessing to explain what actually took her to Kadhafi’s room. 

After explaining herself repeatedly and not getting a positive response from her partner, Blessing is said to have parked her things and left the said compound.

In the wake of the confusion between Blessing and Andrew, the quarter head of the neighbourhood is said to have stepped in. 

He is said to have used the incident to advise residents on the need amicably solve problems instead of going physical.

It is also reported that later the same day Blessing entered Kadhafi’s house. The latter said his wallet containing at least 600,000 FCFA was missing. As at the time, he raised the alarm, reports hold that Blessing’s phone number was no longer going through.
