Nine Cameroonians are amongst some lucky winners from across the world, who recently staked with betting company, Le Pari Mutuel Urbain CamerounaisPMUC.

The winners of the 1 billion, 300 million FCFA-worth game of chance, dubbed International Banko, were made known Sunday, May 5, 2024.

In recent years, Cameroonian gamblers have become success stories in horse-racing predictions.

This was perfectly illustrated by the Sunday Quinté on May 5 at the Hippodrome de Longchamp, in France where the Prix Sainte Anne was contested. The official finish was: 10-4-3-2-13.

In Cameroon, nine stakers were lucky enough to find the right order and each walked away with a mouthwatering cash prize of 13,370,200 FCFA.

There were four winners in Douala, same in Yaounde and one in Bafoussam. It should be noted that Banko International involves more than 32 countries around the world.

Cameroon has distinguished itself brilliantly in the game by the quality of its gamblers, with no fewer than nine winners in all.

Authorities say PMUC, resolutely committed to a plural and diversified offer, enables gambling enthusiasts to find what they're looking for.

With its horse betting, lotteries, virtual games and Bet237 sports betting, PMUC's soccer brand, the company offers its customers a tempting dynamic that enables many to win millions every day.
