Cameroonian technology enthusiast, biometric specialist and business man of global repute, Amahadu Adamou, has hit another world milestone in the biometric industry.


 

 

 

 

 

 


Adamou who is Chief Executive Officer, CEO, of one of the world’s best biometric companies, Bridge Corporation, has bought over top German biometric and defense company, Superior Solutions. 
The latest development which is a major shift in the world’s biometric industry has further bolstered the position of the Cameroonian as a futuristic leader in biometrics and innovation.
Situating the context of the new deal, the Deputy CEO of Bridge Corporation, Mrs Ourai C. Müller, speaking on behalf of the Founder/CEO, Amahadu Adamou, told The Guardian Post that, the deal is part of measures to meet up with rising customer demand and trust from all the continents of the world.
Shares acquisition driving up demand
According to her, after Bridge Corporation’s absorption of Superior Solutions, the demand for services has spiked worldwide. More global brands and nations, she said, have come knocking to work with his company.
The deal, she said, paves the way for exploits into the biometric identification industry. Such diversification and expansion of services, she said, is what will keep them on top in the future.
“Today, we can proudly say we are among the first five in the world based on our expertise, financially capable to handle any project in the biometric industry,” Ourai C. Müller stated.

 

More opportunities for Africans
Given the rising influence, growth and trust the company enjoys, Ourai C. Müller said, the future of the company is bright for Africans with interest in the biometric sector.
While thanking clients and partners, she said there will be more opportunities for Africans with interest in biometrics.
“We want to keep it like that and in the future, we intend to recruit more and we target to recruit more Africans and give those of them who have ideas in the biometric identification industry the chance to excel with us,” the biometric expert stated.

On company’s funding
On how the company makes money to stay afloat, Ourai C. Müller said funds come in from countries where the company operates. She also cited the Investition Bank Berlin Kreditmanagement.

 

Humble beginning
Adamou who has been described as a star raising other stars said, she said, started like a joke but took delight in the global presence his company is increasingly enjoying.
She also sees Adamou on the right path given that, he has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, with one of Europe’s largest institution in technology, Austrian Institute of Technology. Such engagements, she said, has opened more doors.
The company, she said, was recently shortlisted as one of the top five Public Sector Solutions Providers in Germany in 2023. 
This was during the Annual Edition of Public Sector 2023 organised by the CIO Review Europe Magazine.

 

Attractiveness of biometric technology data management
On the attractiveness of biometric technology data management, Ourai C. Müller said it holds the best for the future. 
“If a company is managing your data, the company can easily decide what they can do to you, positively or negatively,” she noted. 
Bridge Corporation, she said, had since creation been on the course of innovation and today counts over 100 staffs.

Ensuring Quality
About standards, she said they follow up the functioning of softwares presented to clients and put technicians at their disposal in case of a hitch.
She also talked of constant updates and maintenance work and proposal of additional technology to boost performance as being the trademark of his company.

 

Hails partners
She equally used the opportunity to thank their partners for believing in them. “I want to thank The Investition Bank Berlin that gave us the credit, they saw the vision of an African that knows what he wants and believed in that vision. I believed we did not disappoint them in that trust,” Ourai C. Müller said.

 

Impact in Africa, upholding truth
She noted that there are several countries in Africa where the technology of Bridge Corporation is being used. Ourai C. Müller said there is an independent platform on which the technology is being run successfully.
“Bridge Corporation and Superior Solution with time have been able to stand the taste of time. We have members of government in certain countries that are fighting us and are doing everything for us to get out of the industry because we represent the truth in this industry,” she declared.
Ourai C. Müller remarked that: “We have heard of scandals all over in the biometric industry but never will you find our name in such”.
This, she said, is because the principle of lobbying that one has to give money to get a project, is not part of their modus operandi.
“I understand the consequences and know that after 20 year and more, many African countries that have seen Bridge Corporation and Superior Solution takingover, building them with their state of the arts platform will salute us,” the Deputy CEO added.

Future plans
Bridge Corporation, she said, well known in the domain of management of border security with visa at the level of entry and exit from a country, is working on a new technology in border management. This, she said, will be done thanks to newly acquired Superior Solution machines
According to Ourai C. Müller, the company has begun work to eradicate visa stickers. She also said, they intend to bring in a modern technology and introduce a paperless era in securing countries.
“We equally plan to create at least two million jobs across Africa by the end of 2024. These jobs will not only focus on artificial intelligence, the biometrics, information technology but it will be spread across different sectors of life,” Ourai C. Müller boasted.
Introducing palm reading in prisons
The Deputy CEO added that: “At the level of the prison management platform, we are eradicating finger printing system and while bringing in palm reading and Irish Technology for prisoner identification”.

First in banking, telecoms sector… 
She further disclosed that: “We equally have banking software and telecommunication, as well as platform that is highly demanded by more than 100 telecommunication companies in the world. We can proudly say today that our company is first in telecommunication identification platform”.

 

Deals being finalized in African nations
Ourai C. Müller revealed that the company is at the verge of finalising deals with subsidiaries in African countries like Angola, DR Congo, Nigeria and Uganda.
In this regard, she said: “Ministries of post and telecommunications in various countries and individuals are sending their demands to get our services”.
To maintain standards, she averred that: “We have a team that has dedicated their knowledge and experience in telecommunication, SimCards activation, customer management platform, identity card fabrication, enrollment and identification verification, data management, polycarbonate advanced identity card document, e-identity systems, digitalized students and teachers platforms just to name but this few”.

Shames distractors 
According to the Deputy CEO, the company has for long suffered due to the works of detractors. She told such persons that, the company continue to remain clean in its transactions.
“We have been in business for over 16 years and one will not hear about my company involved in some passport scheme or fake passport somewhere or fake ID,” Ourai C. Müller restated.
The company, she stated, gives clients a platform where they can manage their data while they accompany helps them in managing such and keeping their details secured.
