The Interim Minister of Mines, Industries and Technological Development, Prof Fuh Calistus Gentry, has expressed satisfaction with progress made on multi-billion FCFA mining projects in the South Region of the country.
Professor Fuh Calistus Gentry visited the project sites Wednesday at the start of a two-day working visit to the Region.
The Minister began the visit in the city of Kribi, Ocean Division of the South Region.
When Minister Fuh Calistus arrived the South Region Wednesday November 15, he first visited the two Grand Zambi iron ore mining sites. The project is operated by Cameroonian company, G-Stones Resources. The Minister had also inspected work at the Kribi-Lolabé iron ore mining site.
Speaking during the marathon visit, the Minister expressed satisfaction with the progress made at the Grand Zambi project site.
