To spice up end-of-year festivities, upcoming AFCON: Orange Cameroun unveils mouthwatering prizes for customers.

In keeping with its longstanding tradition of spicing up end-of-year festivities of its millions of customers, officials of the Cameroon subsidiary of multinational telecommunications company, Orange Cameroun, have unveiled mouthwatering packages to be won during the festive period by its ever-growing customers.

The packages to be won by customers were unveiled Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at the Canal Olympia cinema theater in Bessengue, Douala.

This was during the launch of the customers' reward campaign for the year 2023 dubbed: ‘max this end-of-year’.

Known as a leading innovator in the telecoms landscape for over two decades, the officials of Orange Cameroun say, the end-of-year customers' reward campaign was yet another way to provide innovative solutions to enhance the well-being of its customers.

Officials of the telecoms company reiterated that that in the past, the end-of-year packages have been offered by making available reliable unlimited connectivity at cheaper rates for call and internet bundles, flexible Orange Money transactions to all networks as well as innovative ways to make customers live easier with a plethora of projects implemented within its corporate social responsibility schemes.

Going by the Orange Cameroun Director of Marketing and Communication, Yves Kom, the festive season is more of an occasion for company to show generosity to its customers not withstanding their choice of  network.

For this year, he said, prizes to be won have been upgraded to a maximum level unlike the previous years.

"We want to recall that, Orange Cameroun has always spread joy to its customers. We left from the plenty money campaign where 250 million FCFA was shared to various winners, and launched the show with music legends during which we all had fun with the likes of Petit Pays. We even went a step further to make Orange Money less expensive for all customers using all networks. But this year, we are going to be doing things at maximum," he promised.

Aside the display of effective customer experience, the General Manager Orange Money, Anne Catherine Tchokonte, said, in 2022, many Cameroonians had the opportunity to attend the World Cup in Qatar thanks to the all-expenses paid trip which Orange Cameroun offered.

In addition to the trips, Tchokonte said millions was shared to several winners, enabling them to fund their various life projects.

Other customers, she added, won Mega Smart TV sets as part of the prizes which were offered by the company during the period.

"For the 2023 end-of-year campaign, the company intends to keep this tradition by once again offering to its customers the chance to win as many prizes as possible and enjoy the festive season," Tchokonte said.
